By using the Theta mobile application, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Theta, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use Theta.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

•Post false, misleading, or offensive content

•Post, share, or solicit child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content that exploits or endangers minors in any way

•Harass, abuse, or threaten other users

•Use the app for any illegal purpose

•Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems

•Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the app

•Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions

Our full standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) are published in our Child Safety Standards policy.

4. Content

You retain ownership of content you post (reviews, photos, etc.). By posting content, you grant Theta a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display it within the app. We may remove content that violates these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

Theta is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to: inaccurate show information, theater details, or user-generated content.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting us.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Theta after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
